SAARC Cultural Society is a national socio-cultural organization. Although theofficial program started on January 1, 2008, it wasapproved by the Bangladesh government on November 24, 2009. Its registration number is S-10608. Its present address is 14,Purana Paltan, Darus Salam Arced,Dhaka-1000.

SAARC Cultural Society is a non-political, non-governmental, charitable, voluntary organization. The main task of this organization is to manage and control its activities for the well-being and all kinds of welfare of those who are engaged in this profession and those who will be engaged in the future and their family members for the development and progress of the healthy culture of the SAARC region. Conducting research, training, seminars, round table meetings or discussion meetings for the development of cultural professionals in the SAARC region. To promote and raise the awareness of cultural workers of all categories in impartialpromotion, broadcast/publication or service,keeping the interests of the larger masses of the SAARC region in mind. To establish contacts with the international cultural organizations ofthe SAARC region for the purpose of developing relations.

The history of the nation, its culture, To make people aware of the responsibilities and duties and to play an important role in serving the culture of the country and nation. Adopt welfare programs for professionalculture workers and implement themwith the cooperation of the government.SAARC region’s leading cultural workers, salamists, writers, poets, writers,artists, engineers, strategists, scientists, entrepreneurs and domestic andforeign art institutions and donors and various aid organizations and teachersand students in their own fields as well as national level public and private.All To organize receptions by the society to recognize the contribution of  eminent persons/individuals and organizations in the sector. To organize discussions, seminars, rallies and cultural programs on national and internationaldays and issues of national importance.Apart from that, the Bangladeshis who are living in the diaspora are working  in the cultural practice of their own country, through them, the branch committee of the SAARC Cultural Society has been formed in the diaspora to develop the cherished culture of Bangladesh for thousands of years and tocelebrate the national days of our country properly remains.
